Plugin Overviews
There are custom plugins based on woo-commerce, to add additional charges based on a category on the checkout page.
In the plugin, we have a backend functionality inside the products tabs from there you can define the message that you want to display on the checkout page also you can set the tax rate how much you want to charge.
